At Bite Size and Baby Steps, our mission is to make Health and Wellbeing less daunting by providing practical tips, expert advice from our podcast guests, and helpful motivation, all in a friendly, chatty way. Something you can listen to at the gym, on a walk, or with a cuppa for a pick-me-up.  Whether it's sleep, training, fitness apps, food and nutrition swaps, or developmental, emotional and physical milestones, we are here to accompany you on every step of the journey. We believe that by simplifying the sometimes complex, conflicting issues around weight loss, health and wellbeing into bite-sized, actionable steps, we can help you feel more motivated and less overwhelmed. We are also on the same journey.

OUR VISION

Changing to a healthy lifestyle of wellbeing is often easier said than done. Sometimes a medical health scare can propel us forward with no looking back. But most of the time, we know the changes we need to make, and more often than not put them off till 'tomorrow'.   Pictures on social media can only motivate to a point. It's the middle bit of the journey where we become demotivated, discouraged and defeated. We hope through our Bite Size and Baby Steps podcast we will empower, encourage, motivate and make you smile. We aim to create a supportive network where we can connect, share experiences, and learn from each other, but most of all not take ourselves too seriously and – more importantly – reassure you that you are not alone.
